Affect in Verbinding

One therapist, two disciplines that do not explain each other. Someone searching for pregnancy haptonomy lands in a different story than someone stuck in old patterns — so two sites, built from the same parts.

2 Sites on one shared codebase
5 Defence profiles in the self-test
1 Practice, two disciplines

The challenge

  • Two disciplines with their own vocabulary and their own visitor, from the same therapist.
  • The subject is personal; a visitor drops out of a site that reads like a brochure.
  • Maintaining two sites costs twice the time the moment they drift apart.

Our approach

  • Two domains with their own tone on one shared codebase; both sites serve the same script and stylesheet.
  • A self-test for the defence profile: five defences, with an outcome that invites a conversation instead of making a diagnosis.
  • Quiet typography and plenty of white space, with the therapist herself in view and her phone number on the homepage.

  • ASP.NET Core
